Kate Besch

Kate Besch, President

Kate Besch is a litigation attorney practicing in Orange County.  Kate has experience representing businesses and individuals in commercial disputes in state and federal courts and advising clients on complex business litigation issues.  She graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Finance and Business Economics and earned her J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law. Kate enjoys capturing beautiful moments in photographs.  In her free time she likes to practice yoga, run and cook.  She also serves on the advisory board for Newport Mesa ProLiteracy.

Rebecca Arnett

Rebecca Arnett, Vice President

Rebecca is an Account Manager at Colgate-Palmolive and has been in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry for over 13 years.   She began her career at Watt International, a strategic retail branding firm, located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada following receiving a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a Major in Marketing from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.  She was born in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia inspired by discovering new places and cultures has lived in four cities throughout Canada and US during her career, now resides in Orange County.  A passion for dance, travel and cooking while at work and play Rebecca looks for the fun in each and every day.

Eileen Risbeck

Eileen Risbeck, Treasurer

Eileen has over 7 years of experience as an accounting/finance professional.  Her career began at the University of Phoenix and was Senior Financial Analyst at EMI / Capitol Music Group before leaving to become a stay-at-home mom to her two little girls. When she is not spending time with her family at various Comic Book Conventions and Star Wars events, you will find Eileen finding her bliss doing paddleboard yoga in Laguna.

Eileen has a passion for serving for organizations that empower women and girls. She is thrilled to be able to use her professional skills to make a real difference in the world by helping an organization like Rewrite Beautiful grow.

Robyn Baker

Robyn Baker, Secretary

Robyn has worked in the health and fitness industry for over the past 10 years.  From teaching indoor cycling classes to developing fitness education for personal trainers and teaching Pilates, Robyn is definitely passionate about fitness.  She holds bachelors in Kinesiology from California State University of Fullerton and currently works at Personal Care Physicians, a concierge medical group, where she conducts one on one training and Pilate’s sessions.  Prior to her professional career in the fitness industry, Robyn performed in many regional musical theatrical productions.  Some of her favorite past roles include Sarah Brown in Guys and Dolls, Tuptim in the King and I, Sandy in Grease and Maria in The Sound of Music. Robyn is also an alumnus of Orange County High School of the Arts where she studied musical theater.

Morgan Goldstein

Morgan Goldstein

Morgan is a quirky and fun-loving psychology student at the University of California, Irvine. She plans to work as an image consultant once she graduates, helping public relations firms better understand how the actions of their clients affect different societies and demographics. As a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority at UC Irvine, Morgan loves hanging out with her sorority sisters, whether it’s hiking the Irvine trails, having a movie night at the Tri Delta house, or hosting charity events for their philanthropy, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. When she’s not at school, Morgan works as an SAT tutor, as well as a Beautiful Actionista for Rewrite Beautiful.

Nihaara Sairsingh

Nihaara Sairsingh

Nihaara received her B.A. in societal communications from Point Loma Nazarene University. Nihaara stumbled upon her zeal for awakening people to the possibilities around them towards the end of her college career. Her participation on the leadership team for Wonderfully Made, an organization based on developing female self-image, and experience coaching peers with Gallup’s StrengthsFinder tool fortified this passion for helping others unleash their inherent potential. Currently, Nihaara is in the process of starting her own business, and hopes the ultimate effect of all her endeavors will encourage others to bring the best of themselves to the world around.
